Houston, TX - February 2, 2009 - Sfile Technology Corporation today announced the immediate appointment of Bob Gomes as the company's new president and chief executive officer. Mr. Gomes replaces founder Frank Perez, who will be retaining the CTO and Chairman of the Board roles. Mr. Gomes has also been appointed to the company’s board of directors.

He provided senior leadership for over 200 employees while growing the business from start-up to over $30M in four years, gaining a #136 INC 500 ranking. He created the company’s Information Governance concept and offering including repository hosting, legal expertise and scalable technology.
