Houston, TX - October 8, 2010 - Sfile Technology Corporation announces the return of founder, Frank D. Perez, to the role of the company's Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Perez will lead the company’s efforts to change the economics of electronic discovery with innovative technology and pricing models delivered through a cloud computing architecture. As CEO, Mr. Perez will be better able to advocate the company’s goals, which includes making e-discovery affordable to organizations of all sizes - from small and medium size businesses to Fortune 100 companies.

Sfile E-Serve Reaches 250,000 Delivery Milestone

Sfile E-Serve, a Multi-Party Matter Communication Platform that Streamlines the Delivery of Court-filed and other Litigation-related Documents, Delivers 250,000 Communications Within 4 Months of Launch

Houston, TX – March 26, 2009 – Sfile Technology Corporation today announced that Sfile E-Serve, a multi-party matter communication Software-as-a-Service product that streamlines the delivery of court-filed and other litigation-related documents, has delivered 250,000 communications since the product was announced in November 2009. These 250,000 electronic deliveries have saved Sfile customers almost $6M versus traditional paper-based delivery. The amount of savings is based on paper-based costs of $10 per delivery in pre-delivery preparation and post-delivery recording keeping and $15 per delivery in shipping costs.

Sfile E-Serve provides file and serve capabilities to support law firms, corporations and courts, providing control, cost and time savings over required communication activities throughout the litigation life cycle, including service of pleadings, court orders and discovery productions.
Sfile streamlines the delivery of court-filed and other litigation-related documents. Now law firms can eliminate the logistics of paper production and delivery by serving documents electronically through a secure, password-protected portal. Entities within the matter can receive immediate notification of when documents are served and can log in and access them in Sfile. Delivery of communications, site access and document access are automatically recorded, allowing for electronic record keeping. Some of the postings commonly used within Sfile E-Serve include:

• Public Notices
• Pleadings
• Court Orders
• Notice of Appearance
• Calendar/Schedule Items
• Other court related communications
• Productions

“Managing communications between parties in multi-party matters is laborious, inefficient, expensive and error-prone using traditional paper delivery methods,” said Frank D Perez, Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Sfile. “ When parties use the Sfile E-Serve communication platform, electronic communications to multiple parties take only a few minutes and are automatically tracked, creating a simple, efficient, cost-effective process.“

Sfile Announces Channel Partners Per GB Unit Pricing for E-Discovery SaaS Bundle of ESI Processing and 12-Months of Review Hosting for Unlimited Users

Company Also Announces the Sfile Managed E-Discovery Service. This Service Uses a Local Server at the Customer’s Office and is Remotely Operated and Managed by Sfile

Houston, TX - January 28, 2010 - Sfile Technology Corporation today announced the immediate availability of a revolutionary new pricing model designed to disrupt the high-cost E-Discovery economic model currently created by inefficient technology and processes. Sfile’s E-Discovery Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) price is a one-time fee per GB of Electronically Stored Information (“ESI”) to Channel Partners at a cost savings of up to 75% from competitive offerings. Sfile executes Sfile-defined standard ESI processing per the customer’s processing specifications and provides repository and review hosting for an unlimited number of users for one year. Users can Organize, Filter, Create Review Sets, Review, TIFF-on-Demand and Produce. TIFF or PDF image productions are priced at $0.04 per page including branding and Bates stamping.

Sfile’s unique contribution to E-Discovery technology is to be the first company to provide a single system with integrated document processing, culling and document review platform built to be flexible, scalable and high performance. Sfile’s technology platform is built using SaaS architecture, allowing Sfile’s software to easily operate either at Sfile’s data center or at customer offices via Sfile’s Managed E-Discovery Service (“SMES”). The SMES delivery option is designed for customers and partners looking for faster service (by eliminating data shipping time) and who do not want data to leave their facility. The SMES delivery option is available at the SaaS pricing, but does require the customer or partner to provide a physical server that meets Sfile’s minimum specifications and remote access by Sfile to the server via VPN.

“The E-Discovery market has lacked a high-value service offering at a price that made sense for the majority of projects being performed,” said Bob Gomes, CEO of Sfile. “Sfile’s technology enables our ability to offer this pricing while maintaining high quality, reliability and process soundness.”

Sfile is actively recruiting new business partners for these new services.

Detailed information and pricing for Sfile E-Discovery SaaS is available on the web at http://www.sfile.com/saaslp1.html.
