Sfile Appoints New President

Company Selects Industry Veteran Kevin O’Connell, Former SVP at Datacert Inc.


Houston, TX – March 3, 2011 - Sfile Technology Corporation (“Sfile”) today announced the immediate appointment of longtime industry veteran and former Datacert executive Kevin O’Connell as President and member of the Board of Directors. Sfile’s founder Frank D. Perez, will continue to hold principal roles as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

As a member of Datacert’s senior executive management team, Mr. O’Connell served as SVP of Business Development and Law Firm Operations where he was responsible for a significant amount of Datacert’s ongoing revenue. While at Datacert, Mr. O’Connell’s accomplishments included growing its extensive partner network in support of Datacert’s patent-pending technology platform, PassportTM, used for consolidating and integrating applications in the legal industry.

Sfile will benefit from Kevin’s experience managing a $100M+ business unit with over 300 employees in international and global markets while at Tandem Computers, where he was directly involved in growing and leading the Asia/Pacific Division,” said Mr. Perez.
